Capital flight is reversing a bit. The US have attracted all that pile of cash flying from all the uncertainties. Fear. Lousy economic policies and the taxman.

The Americans got really pissed with the guys making the US a not so stronghold as it was perceived to be.

To show how the dollar-holders should not worry they pormised to dole the stuff out just to show there were more from where it came.

But the damage is already done. Capital is slowly leaking out.
