ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 2001--HouseHold Direct.com, Inc. (OTC BB: BYIT - news). HouseHold Direct announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Eqtima Corporation.
The final agreements were executed on Monday, December 17th, in advance of the schedule announced during the December 29th shareholder conference call. The audited financials and 3-year projections will be incorporated into the Form 8-K filing and current SB-2 Registration document.
