Tony - thanks for the link. I'm really surprised Intel let some of this data out. For example look at slide 12. This shows Intel's frequency distribution for CuMine on their .18u process. If you remember a poster here last week was claiming most of CuMine's binsplit was at 866MHz and below while I guessed that Intel doesn't get any that slow anymore. While this histogram will shift a little at high temp, it shows Intel's binsplit to be tight and centered above 1GHz. Like I said, I'm surprised they let the frequency numbers out. It also looks like XBox can increase in frequency with little effort. EP
