Peter. It's amazing. Sometimes it seems

professionals who run a business founded upon their personal expertise - like dentists, doctors and some lawyers - have more trouble with denial in the market than equally intelligent non-professionals.

When I was a broker, noticed that they have a problem letting go of the authority status they enjoy in their offices. As a result of their egos being inflated by patients that hang on their every word and employees that depend on staying in their good graces to keep their jobs, noticed those kinds of professional people are less able admit when they are wrong, face bad market decisions and cut their losses.

Many make enormous incomes, but give a lot it back in the markets depending upon how stubborn and inflexible their personalities are.
