Well Wayne, what I meant was that there are no market makers that own BAY stock and are there on the OTCBB to maintain a market on BAY. Aren't they merely middleman that, once an order comes in, turn over and buy on the TSE, resell the stock to the customer with the TSE commisions plus their own?

Therefore the real market is on the TSE.
