Patrick, Hi!! RE: P.S. One idea being floated around is to put a new government in southern Iraq. Pump military and economic goods into it and use military force to keep Sadam's buddies out of southern Iraq. Iran is encouraging this idea. Sounds easier said than done to me. I guess it's a foregone conclusion that the majority of Iraqi's want him out...But, when you have a reputation for shooting even your relatives it may take a group with just a bit more than guts to eliminate him...Putting another "country" in southern Iraqi would still not solve the concerns I've been hearing about his advanced weaponry which currently lacks only a missile capable of reaching his enemy Israel or Iran...Sooner or later someone has to take military action against this lunatic...The choices for this are limited...Too bad we have to look back and recall how George Bush kept his word to the UN...Two former students came back after that war and told me that upon exiting SArabia they witnessed teams of Seals entering SArabia with full weaponry and supplies...One can only guess that they weren't there for anything other than killing Saddam...George unfortunately kept his word...
