Btw, Chocolate is interesting for many reasons, one of the blessings from the
first citizens of america, like potato (only reason we are surviving here in finland),
tomato, corn, tobacco (the capital has legally moved to some distant island) and
many other goodies. (the original cocacola is more of a italian-USA thing,
originally the mix of lower quality wine and great stuff from columbia)
Especially interesting due to the EU fight on if one should be able to mix some
animalic (UK mad cows) fats to more exactly engineer the melting point for
the mouth and not for just another hot day.
Lots of colonial history in that thing, good for some and bad for others.
(besides those anti-depressive things included, although many old sayings still
are based on "honey" which became a total loser)
ANyway, I have my investment ducks ready for the next chocolate step... |
