Having recently been through a buy out I expect to see some very large blocks bought above the target price. Some large fund or market maker may see this as either a cheap way to buy AMGN shares, or force the target upward. For TD Waterhouse it raised the target price. Little folks won't have any push in this game. Boy, am I looking bad ... down about $6K and just know that AMGN won't jump fast like IMNX would have on its own.
