THe prospectus is a public filing, so you should be able to get it. I believe the "quiet" period is in relation to analysts reports and earnings estimates --talking about future prospects. A prospectus does not fall under these rules. I'm not sure, but I think its 30 days or so after the IPO, which would mean analysts can start publishing around now.
