EW/David........

If this is 'c' of the B wave, it shouldn't be a running flat, but an expanded flat with a run to 2817 minimum on Nasdaq.. I prefer to see it as wave 4c of wave A because the September low does not fare as a 5th wave decline due to it's series of 3's (3 abc's), so I label that decline as 4b (corrective vs impulsive).. Technicals also do not show enough 'juice' to make the current rally a large B wave.. The only other scenario left would be to call the bear complete with Wave C at the April lows, however the fact that the subsequent rally was a '3' and not a '5' pretty much crunches that view.. We'll just have to see how the waves work themselves out as we go with room for Nasdaq to rally in it's 4c if the current running flat turns into the more common expanded flat to the Nasdaq 2300 area..
