Actually, a great killer ap for businesses would be desktop video conferencing. It is something that has been limited by bandwidth and processing power. There are so many possibilities for sales people who could use this technology if it were cheap and widely available. You could show samples and discuss them, demonstrate them, and negotiate all in real time. If we could get this cheap, it would require lots of desktop upgrades to add faster processors and memory as well as displays. Just my view. Software, switches, routers, would also need to be added.
