BUSINESS WEEK: Well I guess that is the "political spin" about Lay. The Sorceror's Apprentice (Skilling) got too contrived and bold, his sidekick (Fastow), like Adolf Eichmann, just carried out orders, and it was just too complicated for the great heart and soul and spiritual leadership of ENE (Lay)to understand.... What BS! I was waiting for the word "sham" to appear in the article somewhere, but I didn't see it. I guess these are just honest men, striving for the peaks of financial success, who lost their footing on the high slopes and fell to the valley below..... Is not STRIVING for great attainment the heart and core of America? You bet! Is there any ENE exec benevolent fund we can all contribute to? These good folks must be really feeling it...
