RE:What is your thoughts on PCBM doing a RS? I'd just like to know how many shares there really are, whether there really is a short position and a 10Q would be nice before I'll put any money into PCBM again. They might need to do an RS or increase authorized shares soon. They must be hiding something from shareholders, IMHO. Otherwise, why no 10Q?
