BAY feasibility study coming out in March will likely use current silver price as a basis for a production decision and a long term price of $5.

4) What depressed POS do you think would cause baywatch to shut-down "production?"

It will have to be below $3. Of course, if silver goes down to that level before they have to take a production decision, BAY will not go into production.

But as long as silver remains above $3.75-$4.00, I think BAY will move to production if they can close the financing.
