hey dood, i'm perfectly awake. just lying around and waiting. their credit line will get pulled soon enough, in plenty of time to fund Christmas gifts in '02.

anybody know of any other near-term converts with puts that are coming due, like the Solectron mess this AM? there was $61 billion of converts sold in CY00, and another $50 billion or so in 1H:01, so there must be some others coming soon (many of these deals have one-year puts).
