Steve, have you heard the c.c. yet? Anyone aware of what was discussed and how the sale of Dominion will be accounted. I think SNDK was just leasing the clean room there and since Micron will purchase this it would seem we could wiggle out of the lease agreement. The costly part will be extracting and moving all the semi-conductor manufacturing equipment, requalifying, ramping production, etc... Aus
