Corporate Opportunities Group Lowers Amarin Stake To 4.1% 12-17-01 04:20 PM EST WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- A group including Corporate Opportunities Fund LP decreased its stake in Amarin Corp. PLC (AMRN) to 4.1%. In a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it beneficially holds 2.85 million ordinary shares of the company after selling 3.05 million shares between Sept. 28 and Nov. 30. Financial details weren't provided. On Sept. 28, the group reported a 9.1% stake in the company.
