"just to pay the bills?" Yes!! Primarily salaries of execs who are essentially raping what's left of any shareholder (bagholder) equity, imo. The absolute worst are the "floorless" convertibles which almost always result in a share price death spiral. These "convertibles" are used by mgt for the following reasons, imo: desperation, stupidity, or a back-door short-selling scam...there's little else left!--MK--
