MAXF - I started nibbling in the 3-4 range before Sept 11 then backed up the truck as it dipped lower in late September. My average is about 3.30 now.

I didn't try to answer your WCG earnings question because a)I don't do quarterly sell-side estimates and b)the GAAP earnings aren't too important. I expect WCG to lose about $100-150 million in real cash from their $2 billion in the bank. Not a concern. The key concern is whether revenues grown enough in the next year to improve margins and create positive cash flow.

Worth a bet, IMHO, but it's far from a sure thing.
