The numbers are here: biz.yahoo.com. The last earnings report and CC are well worth reviewing too before you make a decision.

You also have to take into account the history of Williams management, a successful outfit that built and sold a telcoms network before (to MFS, I think) then did it again with the WCG spinoff.
