MrL had a goatee type beard until about a month ago.

Every so often he gets in the mood for some sort of
beard action.

I think he sported this one for most of 2001.

Well, he'd been talking about shaving it off,
and did so about a month ago.

I must have been in outer space that day
since I didn't notice, right up until dinner
that night.

He was sitting right across from me and I
never commented.

Finally he says
Didn't you notice that I shaved off my beard??????

I blinked, and said
I knew something was different.
You look younger without it!

I doubt there will be additional facial
hair in the near future.:-)

Most guys look younger without their beards,
even if the beards don't appear to make them
look older.
So the moral of the story is:
Have Santa bring ya a nice sharp razor:-)
