Hi BWAC: Thanks for your reply. I wrote just 8 calls on Nov 19th for 5.50 for the purpose of protection against downside risk. Not sure how much time value I originally had. So if I got approximately $4200 originally, buy the call back today for $7200 and sell the Jan 40's for $4,000, then I guess I break about even (including commissions). Am I on the right track? Thanks again.
