Some history and my foresight.
The price used to be $5 and now it is $0.14. What could cause that?
In my opinion, it is a number of factors.
One, during the time when Sapse was in control of the company and the stock was at $5, SEC filings weren't made on time and the company was delisted, sending the price down to $2.
Two, Sapse resigned and lawsuits were filed against SPHC. I wonder if he resigned because the stock went from $5 to $2?
Three, since the lawsuits involved shareholders of SPHC, it is only natural that some people would sell their stock.
Four, the market tanked and hard.
Five, ever heard of tax selling?
Six, historically, penny stocks drop at this time of year. Don't expect any general upswings in price until January.
Now, go look at the chart two years ago. We sunk to $0.50. At that time we had Anticort and that is it. And within 5 months we hit $5.00 at which point we had... Anticort.
Now, the FDA trials are further along. There is a wealth of new scientific experience in the company. A $25 million line of credit. 6, count them, 6 patents. 3 lawsuit wins.
Of course, there has been some dilution, so for estimation purposes figure the old $5.00 price as $2.50. You make the call.
