NGT-v...in the news: National Gold's $300,000 private placement to proceed Tue 18 Dec 2001 News Release Mr. Albert Matter reports National Gold's private placement announced in Stockwatch Oct. 16, 2001, will proceed as announced. The private placement is for two million units at 15 cents per unit with each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant exercisable for a period of two years. One whole purchase warrant will enable the purchaser to acquire one common share at a price of 25 cents for the first year and 35 cents for the second year. Proceeds from the financing will be used for working capital purposes. This private placement is subject to the approval of the Canadian Venture Exchange.
