Keep in mind that the two vendors Butler and Sococo (at least according to the public release) were handed about 17 million shares in stock (22% of the outstanding) in return for accounts payable relief of US$ 3 million. That's 26 cents per share. They can't be happy with this turn of events whereby these RC pirates (or their cronies) come in with a 5 cent PP (US $ 1.265 million) for 34% of the company, quickly diluting their 17 million shares down to 15%, selling at half a dime (little over US$500K).

This situation isn't over yet, but what's missing is the operational status. These vendors would know however. I think I'll call them. Sounds like a good shareholder right's project.
