SUL...an old thread favourite is in tonight's news: Sultan option for the acquisition of five claim units Tue 18 Dec 2001 Property Agreement The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of an option agreement dated Nov. 20, 2001, between the company and Tom Cherry (the optionor), whereby the optionor will grant to the company the exclusive right and option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in five claim units (115 hectares) namely, the Cariboo, Princess and Cleopatra properties located north of Ymir in southeastern British Columbia. This transaction was disclosed in the company's news release dated Dec. 6, 2001. The company may exercise the option by making cash payments of $52,500 ($2,500 upon approval) and issuing 200,000 common shares of the company (over a four-year period. An initial 25,000 shares upon approval). The optionor will retain a 3-per-cent net smelter return royalty.
