IMO, a fair deal would have involved any one of the 3 concessions to RCF, but certainly not all 3.

On 2nd thought, the 40% IRR alone would have been fair OR the 10% Net Profit alone would have been fair. But, the 40M shares at .05 is ridiculous. I could have accepted 20M at .10...

Looks to me like mgt bailed and didn't explore other alternatives, as Russ suggested. How much could they have sold the Marathon project for? We just got 30% dilution on that project, as a direct result of this "restructuring".
