MU has always discussed megabit shipments, so far as I know. As for megabits. . . have you ever added RAM to your computer? You either got 64MB or 128 or these days 256 or 512 MB. Each of those, in turn was probably made up of a few chips -- the basic building blocks (if you've got a Mac, just open her up and look).

Shipping more megabits means exactly what it says: they shipped more. Now, this has nothing to do with whether they made money or not, as their numbers attest. <g>

Still, I don't see why you're laughing at this . . . particularly when you admit you don't even know if you should be.
