scotty, I think you are right on a trading buy in the bonds. we could see a rally back toward 104 on the march 2002 bonds over the next few weeks. The bond and note futures have both made desceding wedges which by definition give a double RSI mometum divergence buy signal. The price makes a couple of lower lows on the daily chart while the RSI and other momentum oscillators does not make new lower lows.
