Jay/Dolinar, there's a mini capital flight into Brazil. The Brazilian Real had been devaluated 55% against the Dollar this year. From November on started ganing against it. It stands now at a 20% devaluation this year. This right when Argentina is contemplating the fall into the abyss. Moody have now improved the ranking of 15 Brazilian banks and this will favor Brazil since they get capital at less interest rates.
