And you Claude JUST DON'T GET IT. I will not discuss the specifics of a pump and dump "deposits." It's a waste of time. Just like some folks claim discussing Bre-X's Lavin'engineering drill results was a waste of time. To do so with you would be for me to participate in the PUMP & DUMP program, something I refuse to do. So live with it! I don't have to stoop to playing your game to have a logical response to your demands that I comply with your terms of discussion or else.

You've already amply demonstrated here and elsewhere your willingness to discuss other matters besides the "deposit" and the "drill program" where Bay is concerned. The public posts are all there for anyone to see your "strayings" from your prime agenda.

And who is declining to discuss specifics you say? You want to talk one specific deposit. And I want to talk about the company, the silver market, the financing of the "next phase"...pump and dump specifics, etc.

I responded very specifically to your post specifically commenting on "what do I think about who has been just appointed to the baywatch board" and "why do I think Deutsche Bank is involved in the financing?" You asked my specific response to capex and used equipment and I specifically replied to that, even with a 3rd party local canadian "expert" for you to check with. And you come back at me with a demand that I discuss drill programs and lose sight of the fact that if the company flops, they will just be holes punched in the earth and more vanished shareholder dreams gone up in smoke?

This baywatch is so damn far from going into production it is ridiculous. Everyone whose ever been around this game knows and understands that the money to be made by the pump and dump is in the drill program phase. After it hits the bankable feasibility phase it is now a "stage 2" project and the sloppy money goes and chases another drill program of another outfit. It's the nature of the game.

You have repeatedly demonstrated your willingness to talk holes and intersects. But you continue to spout forth on USA regulatory matters, imminent 2002 usa listings, the hoped for U$5 gold price to make everything all hunkey dorey, without required disclaimers and safe-harbor caveats, et al. Show me the last public thread disclaimer on Bay or the last public safeharbor paragraph on ANY of your bay utterances or any of your other newsletter touts.

I GOD DAMNED WELL DARE YOU!

Doesn't get much more specific than discussing financing, Claude, something you are busy helping "them" be successful at by your pumping BAY (along with your buddies...never said you were alone in your newsletter peer-group fascination with this bay) so that Bay can get this next round of financing done.

The fact that you want to only discuss "drill results" and "deposit specifics" isn't a badge of honor, it's a sign of the pump & dump modality, perfected by others and currently used by you in a public forum without requried caveats and disclaimers each and every time you open your conflict of interest mouth. Bay will make you famous allright, I'm willing to wager that...but is "fame" what you REALLY want outta life?

SELAH!

I also find it more than a tad disingenuous that you refuse to respond to my serious offer to discuss Canaccord's participation in the underwriting of BAY after you heard I filed a TSE complaint on this ENTIRE newsletter peergroup BAY pump and dump schtick this very morning---ayup, it was rrrrrright after reading Wayne's poor choice of words, about 763 of them if I counted them correctly.

And rumor has it got downright specific with the TSE... Thought I'd add my voice to their in-basket, every fattening file on BAY. Ayup, signed it, too, and NOT with gold_tutor! Never even mentioned Wayne tho'...hope his feelings aren't hurt!

THANKS Ralph...you made that so easy...I found the hyperlink in one of your old public exchanges with one of your buddies...clicked right through.

See, Claude there are bene's to being a non-compensated observer of this baywatching gig.

Having fun yet?.
