From Briefing: 11:53 ET UTStarcom (UTSI) 28.23 +0.28 (+1.0%): -- Technical -- Has been demonstrating relative strength all session and continues to trade towards its best levels of the session. Just cleared near-term resistance at 28.00. Look for next resistance in the area of 28.50/28.60 followed by subsequent overhead around 29.05. To the downside, we would become more cautious if it were to break below intraday support at 28.00.
