What would happen to US markets if India sends a few nukes Pakistani way?? They are talking about war, and both sides have the goods to send each other to the stone-age. What a pleasant world we live in.. usatoday.com And since one side is a democracy, and the other is a military dictatorship, but is now our best buddy, who will we back?? This is like China/Taiwan, a no win situation.. I think they need to turn the doomsday clock up a few minutes closer to midnight.. bullatomsci.org USPL, no change that I can see, neutral... And a note on lumber,,, Every Canadian I talked to in Mexico was really pissed off that the Bush administration put what is in effect illegal (due to NAFTA) tariffs on Canadian lumber. Entire communities are being devestated so we can of course pay more for US lumber. I trade lumber futures once in awhile, so I know a little more than most on this subject.
