What we know so far: Dale announced this spin-off at the AGM. He said something to the effect that he was concerned how the stockholders would take it that MXAM was spinning off these properties, but that management had advised him that this would enhance the asset value of the company, down the road. I took this to mean that this was a strategy to grow MXAM asset value. The asset of Turtle Mtn will be valued on the company's books according to the market price of the stock x's the shares held. So, if Turtle Mtn proves a success, it will push MXAM closer to qualification on NASDAQ. Is this how y'all understood that annoucement? Lee
