I understand T has a meeting today on the ATT BB issue and announced again today that they would decide what will happen to their Broadband unit before the EOY (16+ million subs with 3+ million broadband internet subs).

Do you think this will have a effect on cap-ex spending? Personally, I would think that most big players (T, AOL, Comcast, Cox and even MSFT) are waiting on their spending decisions until after the final ATT decision because they need to know who will own what. After the decision everybody will decide how much to spend.

It seems that all the talk so far about from companies on how much cap-ex spending will be done does not mean very much since they don't even know what they will own.
