WavePhore Introduces Newscast Today 3.0 News Service DALLAS (Dow Jones) -- WavePhore Inc.'s (WAVO) Newscast division introduced Newscast Today 3.0, a Web-based information service to combine real-time delivery with a user-defined news environment. In a press release Monday, WavePhore said Newscast Today 3.0 features a customizable front page, advanced e-mail news alerts and pre-defined profiles for quick set-up and administration. WavePhore said Newscast Today 3.0, formerly known as Paracel Today, is the first enhancement from WavePhore Newscast since acquiring Paracel Online Systems in May. WavePhore is a data broadcasting company.
