Armstrong just spent 10 minutes on CNBC explaining how they will get past regulatory hearings because they are going to be very aggressive in rolling out broadband data services to the 36 million homes they pass. Microsoft agreed to convert its $5B in debt to stock which will also help.

Anyhhow, he is talking the talk. Now let's see if they walk the walk.
