Enlighten me. How does someone improve his leadership ability by 30% by running away on Sept. 11? Heh, heh.. couldn't help myself.

Sort of like Gulliani in N.Y. Everyone hated his ass before the 11th. What makes him look so good now, burned out Manhattan?
