Frank, what do you think this merger means as far as the possibility of increased cap-ex spending on broadband hardware? Specifically the broadband semis?

Isn't it true that Comcast, back in July, was telling everyone it would increase spending significantly if it got the ATT Broadband deal?

I guess this also means that T begin right away to help convert Comcast subs from ATHM to their system?
