Hawk, I'm not sure. It's been the most widely telegraphed
country debt situation that I can recall. Indeed I'm not
sure that the media communications network to fortell of
these country problems has ever been so elaborate.

The sector of the media that is concerned about Argentina
and a possible default has been talking about it over a
year. I think I've got cautionary
articles on the Argentinian mess that go back 12 months
here.

I was surprised when I was looking at some old posts on
this thread.

I've also posted here how many many corporations have moved
to Brazil due to this instability in Argentina.

Does it dovetail in with a few other disturbing market
developments to create more US market concern. I don't
know.

It's worth keeping an eye on.

John
