No it's not. Funny thing about Kashmir. Pakistan and
India fought 3 wars over this disputed area to their north
after WWII, the last being in 1971, I believe.

The tensions are still present, and the stakes are higher
with Both India and Pakistan having nuclear weapons
capability.

I think knowledge of this sheds some light into the
Led Zeppelin song "Kashmir" on Physical Graffiti.

I'm still trying to figure out what the message of
that song is but, it makes sense that it's a situation and
province worthy of a song.

The Vegas houses have it as a short-shot low odds bet for
instigating WWIII.

aren't we lucky to have the statisticians telling us where
to look next for our source of troubles. -ng-
