Sort of interesting that, in the light of all the evidence of a slowdown and sluggish profits in store for retailers, Merrill upgrades retailers this am, many already near their highs, mentioning an expected rally into the first quarter. What the heck are they smokin? Or maybe, what the heck are they trying to unload?
