JNPR down 20% in pre-market from what I can see.

I am looking at this one or Cisco as a buy on this weakness. JNPR does not seem to indicate there were any cancellations in the quarter..just smaller orders. Just means they were overly aggressive in their forecasts for whatever reason.

That one comment makes me wonder if enough traders will want to close out their shorts on this stock--had a big increase in shorts last month.

I am more inclined to buy Cisco on this news for a long trade but will look at JNPR as well. Cisco is probably taking market share that resulted in a JNPR miss. The bigger companies have the ability to do this. The NO CANCELLATIONS comment seems to be a hint of this as well, imho.

Have to admit that the networkers is one area that really interests me right now. Want to buy the group at as low as possible of course. Have been negative on most for a while.
I prefer NT and Cisco---the biggest companies.
