As I said before, it is unlikely that TOR will do much until the fall.

the signal will probably be a move in ILN.

I am as anxious as anyone, however, the doldrums of Vancouver give rise to considerable reservation with respect to dramatic or long term moves.

Like everyone else, this is a new game and how the market will play is an unknown.
