Oh shoot.. that screws up my analysis.. I thought the debentures were discounted, not issued at a premium convertible at @ $18/share. I was expecting $10-11/share conversion. That bodes well for CPN once tax loss selling is over and we enter a new trading year. It should provide some strong support for the stock there and room to move to $25-30/share on a rally. Hawk
