I have a screen set up to find oversold semiconductor stocks using Silicon Investors screening technology. The one thing I ask of it is to list semiconductors at an RSI of 20 or less. Using more accurate charting technology like that at StockCarts.com shows that Silicon Investor's screen is inaccurate but it is still useful in determining trends. Last night I found 18 oversold semiconductors. That is the most in several months. Most notable among them were the following:

I expect the list to grow longer tonight. It has in fact grown to over 100 stocks during this Bear Market. That would be over 50% of the semiconductors listed by Silicon Investor if it were to happen again.

I personally am looking for entry points on the long side before the end of the year in some of the widely known large caps in the industry if possible.
