I'm a little confused by that remark as well. A flippant comment, perhaps, along the lines that GEO management doesn't care how many diluted shares there are, as they'll find someone to buy 'em at some price or other?

I certainly agree with the rest of your comments. The huge misallocation of capital in recent years will come back to haunt us, bigtime. And yes, the pace is certainly accelerating.
