Last April I spent 7K+ on a Dell workstation and 4 17" digital flat panel displays. When I connected the fourth display it would intermittently go dark and come back. To make a long story short, I diagnosed the problem pretty much myself down to a bad connector on the video card, and Dell agreed to send me a new card. Since this was a 4 port Matrox video card and a $700 option, I at least thought I'd get a replacement fairly quickly. Nah, after speaking with about 5 Dell reps (the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing), it took over two weeks for the video card to arrive. I gave Dell one more shot and ordered a Dimension for my wife some months later, it was sent back after blue screen errors started appearing. IBM's web site is pretty 'configurable' these days, so I bought her a Netvista after sending the Dell back. It is working fine so far...

Regards,
John
