it worries me that there is a broker pushing this through cold calls. This has always been a bad signal for any stocks I've come across that way. I just got the 1996 annual report last week and glossed over it. The key to their success is obviously FDA approval which is not guaranteed. I also had heard of some competitors that had used a similar procedure to TMR over 6 months ago. Does anyone have details of this competitor and whether there was a lawsuit? There is no mention of this in the annual report. - Steve
