I think it would be smarter to chose your targets and start building up when we get to the 1850 area, then put more in if it is breached at just under 1800. The likelihood of 1793 being breached has declined markedly, but is still in the model right now. Once we turn (like if we get excessive negative tics), you can deploy the rest.
